Flow Isle Terms of Use
These terms are an agreement between you and Luoyang Chuangyou Interactive Information Technology Co., Ltd. (洛阳创游互动信息技术有限公司, “CyoFun”) for the Flow Isle app and website. By using Flow Isle you agree to them. If you downloaded the app from the Apple App Store, Apple’s Standard Licensed Application End User License Agreement also applies; if these terms conflict with it, the Apple EULA prevails for iOS users to the extent required.
1. The service
Flow Isle is a focus timer that can limit access to distracting apps using the system features your device provides (Screen Time on iOS; Usage Access and overlays on Android). Blocking depends on the operating system and permissions you grant; we do not guarantee that every app or website can or will be blocked, or that essential apps will always remain available. Do not rely on Flow Isle for emergencies — you can always end a session, and emergency calls are handled by your operating system.
2. Licence
We grant you a personal, non‑exclusive, non‑transferable, revocable licence to use the app on devices you own or control. You may not copy, modify, reverse engineer (except as permitted by law), resell or misuse the app or its servers.
3. Flow Isle Pro subscriptions
- Flow Isle Pro is an auto‑renewing subscription (monthly or yearly) and may include a lifetime option or free trial as shown in the app.
- Payment is charged to your Apple ID or Google Play account at confirmation of purchase.
- Subscriptions renew automatically at the same price and period unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period; your account is charged for renewal within 24 hours before the period ends.
- You can manage or cancel in your App Store / Google Play account settings. Deleting the app does not cancel a subscription.
- Any unused part of a free trial is forfeited when you purchase a subscription.
- Refunds are handled by Apple or Google under their policies.
4. Pearls
Pearls are an in‑app virtual item earned by focusing or bought in packs. They have no cash value, cannot be exchanged for money or transferred, and are stored on your device with a backup on our server that restores purchased pearls and your balance after a reinstall (see the Privacy Policy). We may correct balances that result from errors, refunds or abuse. Purchased pearl packs are consumable.
5. Focus together rooms
Before you first create or join a room you must agree to these community rules. Flow Isle has zero tolerance for objectionable content and abusive users. Do not use nicknames or behaviour that is hateful, harassing, sexual, violent, illegal or impersonates others. You can report a member or block them at any time. We review reports within 24 hours: we remove offending nicknames or content and remove and ban the users responsible from rooms. Room hosts may also remove members. Rooms are temporary and deleted when they end.
6. Disclaimer & limitation of liability
The app is provided “as is” and “as available”. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim implied warranties and are not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages, or for missed calls, messages or notifications while blocking is active. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under mandatory consumer law.
7. Changes and termination
We may update the app and these terms; continued use after an update means you accept the new terms. You may stop using Flow Isle at any time. We may suspend access to online features for violations.
8. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the People’s Republic of China. Disputes shall first be resolved through friendly negotiation; failing that, they shall be submitted to the competent people’s court in Luoyang, Henan Province, China, unless mandatory law of your country of residence provides otherwise.
