Blocking doesn’t work

iPhone: Settings → Screen Time must be on, and Flow Isle needs Screen Time access (grant it when Flow Isle asks, or from the Rules tab). Android: grant Usage Access and “Display over other apps”, and allow Flow Isle to run in the background (some brands need battery optimisation turned off).

Which apps are blocked for free?

Free users lock all apps during a session, except a few essentials the system allows. Choosing your own allowed apps or locking only selected apps is part of Flow Isle Pro.

Restore purchases

Open the Pro page in Flow Isle (from the Me tab) and tap Restore purchases, signed in with the same Apple ID / Google account.

Cancel a subscription

iPhone: Settings → your name → Subscriptions. Android: Google Play → Profile → Payments & subscriptions → Subscriptions.

Report abuse in a room

Tap the member in the room → Report, or email us with the room code.
